A bit of History . . .

This XVth century manor located between Saumur and Montsoreau was first built for Madam Eleonore Lepauvre, widow of Louis de Tronchay, a Captain in the Picardie Regiment. Later it was the home of Sire Jean Baptiste Pinot de la Gaudinaie, President of the Accounts control Chamber of Brittany.

Far more modestly, Sophie and Christian Pommery will be delighted to welcome you here today . . .
Two bedrooms are available in the "Castel" and a third one in our house.
There is a private, closed, car park, on the premises.
